Shipping Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please email email@example.com stating your order number, and you will be refunded in full, providing the order hasn’t been shipped. If the order has been shipped, it can be returned, unused for a full refund. For unwanted items, the period for returns is 28 days.
We make every effort to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. In most cases, orders received Monday through Thursday, orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Orders received after 9am Friday may not ship until the following Monday.
We use USPS Priority Mail service. Priority Mail generally has only a 2-3 day transit time to the majority of domestic addresses. Shipping is a flat rate $9.95 per order, no matter what the order size.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your delivery confirmation number. While the delivery confirmation number can sometimes be used as a tracking number, the Postal Service is often inconsistent with the transfer locations at which the package may be scanned. It is typically ‘scanned-in’ when first received by the Postal Service. To check on the status of a delivery confirmation number, you may visit www.usps.com and select ‘track and confirm’.
If an item is faulty or damaged, we will replace the item. Please email photo(s) and/or video(s) that show the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the damage is not possible to show on a photo or video, or you do not have access to email such files, please return the item instead. If you prefer a refund, please return the item.
