Spearmint

Product Description:
Spearmint is a native of the Mediterranean area. A hardy perennial herb, Spearmint reaches about 3 feet in height. It has characteristic lance-shaped leaves with pink or lilac-colored flowers.

Product Uses:
The ancient Greeks used Spearmint to scent their bath water. It is a common flavoring agent in foods, breath cleansers, and scent in toiletries.

Product Directions:
Aromatic Diffusion: Add two to four drops to your favorite diffuser.
Topical Application: Dilute one drop of Spearmint Oil to six drops of Pranna Olive Carrier Oil and apply directly to desired area and gently massage in.

Precautions:
Dilute well before use; for external use only. May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use. Contact with mucous membranes and eyes should be avoided. Consult your health care provider prior to use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition or are taking medications. Keep out of reach of children.
