Product Directions:
Aromatic Diffusion: Add two to four drops to your favorite diffuser.
Topical Application: Dilute one drop to four drops of a vegetable base Carrier Oil and apply to desired area and massage in.
Dietary Supplement: Add one drop to four ounces of soy or rice milk.
