Balsam Fir

Product Description:
Balsam Fir Needles are about 3/4 to 1-1/4 inches long with two white stripes running down the underside of each needle. Also known as Blistering Pine.
Product Uses:
The oil is commonly used in air fresheners and household cleansers.
Balsam Fir Essential Oil works wonders as a joint pain reliever; dilute with your favorite Carrier Base Oil and apply directly to desired area.
Product Directions:
Aromatic Diffusion: Add two to four drops to your favorite diffuser.
Topical Application: Dilute one part Balsam Oil to one part  vegetable base Carrier Oil and apply directly to desired area and gently massage in.
Dietary Supplement: Dilute one drop to four ounces of liquid such as almond or rice milk.
Precautions:
Dilute very well before use; for external use only. May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use. Contact with eyes should be avoided. Consult with your health care provider prior to use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication. Keep out of reach of children.
